In the past decade, there’s been a resurgence in that classic (some would say, the oldest) beer style, the Sour. Breweries are judged by the size of their barrel rooms, their labs, and their koelschips. We at Pint Defiance are huge fans of sour beers, and have been amassing quite the collection of kegs, and frankly, we are running out of space. Which is why we’ve made the decision to invite some of our closest friends and dearest customers (read: you!) to help us make some room in our fridge. We’ll be dedicating most of our taps to some very rare and definitely delicious sour beers.
