We at Pint Defiance think that is nowhere near enough, so we are doing our part with our 3rd Annual Chocolate & Beer Event!  We've teamed up again with our friends at Cocoa Tantily to bring you unique craft chocolates that pair well with some great craft beer.

We’re throwing our very first Brewer’s Night of 2015, and we’re doing it with our good friends at 7 Seas Brewing. Get ready for a pirate-style bacchanalia of great beer as we celebrate the turning of the calendar year.

Wed. Jan 14th, from 5pm to 7pm, you have permission to board as the combined crews of Pint Defiance and 7 Seas guide you through a veritable coral reef of awesome, fresh, and rare brews.

From its humble beginnings in Springfield, OR in 2009, Hop Valley has seen explosive growth. After winning multiple awards they quickly outgrew their original facility and have recently expanded into neighboring Eugene. Given their name, it’s obvious that they focus on hop-centric brews, well-crafted. With heavy hitters like Citrus Mistress IPA and Alpha Centauri Imperial IPA, they’ve made waves with the resident hop-heads throughout the Pacific Northwest and now they are splashing down in Tacoma for a visit.
