Fort George Magnanimous IPA Can Release, Sat. Nov. 7th, 4pm

Craft beer lovers who reside in the Evergreen State are very familiar with the piney and woody characteristics of our favorite IPAs. And with their latest winter seasonal release, Fort George Brewing has found a new way to emphasize those aroma and flavors. Born out of Sales Manager, Tim Ensign’s tree farm, Magnanimous IPA is brewed with freshly harvested Grand Fir tips. “This beer has a solid backbone,” says Tim, “coming in at 7% ABV. It would be a great IPA all on its own, but the addition of Grand Fir adds a complex pine character that complements the citrus flavor of the hops [Simcoe and Chinook]. And the aroma is phenomenal.”

Join us Saturday, November 7th, starting at 4pm, for the Washington debut of Magnanimous IPA. We will have it on tap for pints and growler fills as well as cans of it for you to take home. On tap will also be a rare appearance of Overdub Session IPA, and Hoyt Smith from the brewery will be raffling off some cool beer schwag.  You won’t want to miss this special event.
