Double Mountain Fresh Hop Fest, Wed. Oct. 1st, 5p to 7p

Living in the PNW as we do, we are uniquely lucky to be in such close proximity to one of the largest hop growing regions in the world. During harvest time, regional brewers take the opportunity to utilize hops straight off the bine—undried and unpelletized. And no brewery tackles this concept with quite the zeal that Double Mountain does. Their two fresh hop beers, Killer Red and Killer Green, are some of the most anticipated every season, and this year Pint Defiance is helping to debut this year’s batch.

Join us Wednesday, Oct. 1^st, from 5pm to 7pm, as we host the crew from Double Mountain and help kick off the fresh hop beer season. We’ll be tapping some of the first kegs in the area of Killer Red Fresh Hop IRA and Killer Green Fresh Hop IPA, and as an added bonus we’ll be randalling a fresh keg of Vaporizer Pale through locally-harvested fresh hops. This once-a-year event is not to be missed. Get ‘em while they are fresh!
