Join us in celebration of the release of our latest collaboration beer!

Our great friends at Narrows Brewing created a truly incredible Hazy IPA for us! Head brewer Matt Rhodes sought out some exotic, Slovenian hop varietals known as Fox, Wolf, and Dragon. Dragon IPA is the third in our trilogy of collaboration brews with Narrows and features it's namesake and the mother of all three hop varietals, Dragon. Dragon hops have strong notes of Passion fruit, berries, fleshy fruits like summer melon, and sweet pepper.

Come on down to Pint Defiance and meet Emily & Ben, a couple of the fine folks from Perennial Artisan Ales as we enjoy a few of their amazing draft offerings!! We'll be pouring:

2018 Abraxas - An Imperial Stout brewed with ancho chili peppers, cacao nibs, vanilla beans, and cinnamon sticks.

Funky Wit Melon - A traditional Belgian-style Witbier, inoculated with a house blend of Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, and Pediococcus, then aged in foeders and wine barrels with charentais melons.

Objectively Opaque IPA - A hazy IPA dry-hopped with a lavish amount of uber-fresh Amarillo, Idaho-7, and
