Join us Friday 3/30 at 4 PM to try the test-batch of an upcoming collaboration beer we are brewing with Narrows Brewing. 

Massive amounts of a new experimental hop called "Wolf" shine brightly against a backdrop of pilsner malt, wheat, and oats. The Wolf hops are full of flavors and aromas of citrus, melon, & berries. 

This beer is truly #wolfaf.

We ain't foolin' around this April Fools Day. For our latest edition of our Sunday Sampler we bring you some of the biggest, boldest , richest and most decadent stouts we have to offer.

- Off Color Dino Smores Russian Imperial Stout with cocoa, vanilla beans, graham cracker flour and marshmallow
-To Ol You Shall Nut Pass! Stout with hazlenuts 
-Omnipollo NOA Mudcake, Imperial Stout with pecans, chocolate and a whole lot more
-De Molen Mout & Mocca Imperial Stout brewed with coffee and fermented on wild Mocca yeast

Five or so years ago when Stoup Brewing first opened their doors, the beer scene in Ballard was just blossoming. Today, the northwestern Seattle neighborhood is home to some of the best breweries in Seattle, and Stoup is right there at the top of the list. Their beers are the definition of “solid” and always have such a beautifully clean flavor profile. We are very excited to showcase a few of their amazing brews, join us and the Stoup team Wednesday March 21st from 5-7pm.
